Guardian Pressure Washing - SMS Terms and Conditions

Guardian Pressure Washing ("we", "us", or "our") operates a text messaging (SMS) program. These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of that program. By opting in — whether by checking a consent box on one of our forms, or by giving us your number and asking us to text you — you agree to these terms. Our text messages are sent on our behalf through the Profit Max CRM platform and its telecommunications carrier, Twilio.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, Guardian Pressure Washing may send you text messages about your service request and, only with your separate consent, marketing messages. These include quotes and quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, job and service updates, invoices and receipts, replies to your questions, and — only if you check the optional marketing box — occasional offers and promotions.

2. Consent

Providing your mobile number to request service is consent to receive text messages about that request. Marketing texts require a separate, optional opt-in and are never a condition of any purchase. The marketing consent box is never pre-checked.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility; Guardian Pressure Washing is not responsible for carrier message or data charges.

5. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop sending marketing texts. To rejoin, opt in again.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

How we handle the information you provide through the SMS program is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Your continued participation after any change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
